Time for a spring cleaning! Gain focus and clarity now.

Spring is the season of new growth and opportunities—a chance to plant the seeds of your intentions and watch them take root and burst forth into new life. I love spring.

Spring energy embodies the power and insistence of life and vitality. To truly harness this power, you must do a little spring cleaning. It's time to clean out the old, gain some focus and clarity, and put some fresh, life-affirming intentions in motion.

In this issue, I will show you how to "prep the soil," so to speak.

The first step in spring cleaning is to do some space clearing. (Did you really expect me to start anywhere else? *smile*) Open up your windows and doors, turn on some lights, clean your house, and get the energy flowing.

Second, make sure your bed and desk are in the command position. This is a must if you want to be in charge of your life and your future.

Next, if you really want focus and clarity, then activate the elements of air and water. The water element will help cleanse and purify, while the air element will stimulate clarity and control and will assist in personal transformation. Mist your home with essential oils, add fresh flowers, get rid of all noise pollution and let fresh air flow through your home.

Finally, if you feel confused, blocked, or depressed, you can use a cure that is light, flexible, fresh, and has quick growth—like bamboo.

Embrace the rhythm of spring and take action now! Get clear and get focused because in the next issue I will teach you how to plant your intentions.

Happy Cleaning!
