My house has bad feng shui, and I want to move, but can't! How do I fix it?

I read on another website that when your house has particularly bad feng shui (caused by the environment, location, your personal feng shui, etc), that they recommend you move somewhere else. I fit perfectly everything that they gave for when you should move. We've been wanting to move for years (I just read the article today), but because of my dad's job (actually, his blockage or lack of interest in looking for a transfer, even though he wants to move as much, if not more, as we do) we haven't been able to. I read on this site that if you have an imbalance in the helpful people and travel bagua, you can have "lots of problems related to a move..." I've also corrected everything about the kitchen - which is where that section is - that I can, but it doesn't seem to have helped. I really can't take living here anymore and would appreciate any help you can give!

Hi Rachel,

It sounds like you've convinced yourself that you cannot be happy until you move. It may be true that your house has particularly "bad" feng shui, but holding your current thought pattern will not help you. You must re-frame your perspective and shine your light on something a little more positive. It is not empowering to think that your house is working against you.

I'm not sure if you are the same person that asked a question about career/journey and helpful people/travel earlier, but if that wasn't your question make sure to read my response to some adjustments that can be made.

I know how it feels to live in a home that has inauspicious feng shui. I once lived in an apartment that was missing the entire love/relationship area. It didn't help that I later learned that the previous tenants had a terrible break-up and had to move out.

I put all of my feng shui knowledge into action and continued to affirm that "I have a loving relationship with my divine partner." Guess what happened? We broke up! I was convinced it was the apartment. What I later found out was that all of my hard work paid off. I moved to a better home, married my divine partner, and completely changed my life.

The point being that although it might seem like things aren't going well, as long as you hold a positive intention, you WILL end up in a place that makes you infinitely happy.

Set a strong intention for happiness, keep working with feng shui, adopt a more positive and confident attitude, and never settle for anything less than you deserve.

I wish you much happiness,
Jessica

"In our deepest moments of struggle, frustration, fear, and confusion, we are being called upon to reach in and touch our hearts. Then, we will know what to do, what to say, how to be. What is right is always in our deepest heart of hearts. It is from the deepest part of our hearts that we are capable of reaching out and touching another human being. It is, after all, one heart touching another heart."
